PROBLEM:
With a schedule of over 60 trials, our client needed coordinated trial support at six concurrent trial locations, including complete war room and courtroom setups along with necessary presentation and support staff.
SOLUTION:
First, InfoGraphics’ technical staff put together the newest technology offering compact, yet reliable access to the half-terabyte of data required for each trial. Next, our team managed the staffing and coordination, including key site managers for each trial along with redundant data, secure web-based data repositories and uniform protocols for each trial site. Finally, our network of seasoned trial support staff teamed with both the national counsel and each local counsel to prepare and deliver documents, demonstratives and video depositions to trial each day.
